Welcome to EduDojo! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform as a parent or user booking classes for your child. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

EduDojo is operated by EduDojo Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore under ACRA Registration No. 202506726W.

 

1. What is EduDojo?

EduDojo is a discovery and booking platform that helps parents find and book a wide variety of children’s classes — including music, arts, sports, coding, and more — offered by independent activity centres across Singapore.

2. Booking & Payment

​

• All bookings must be made through the EduDojo platform.

• Payment is collected securely by EduDojo at the time of booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment, except for classes that require centre confirmation, in which case you will receive confirmation within 48 hours of booking.

• Prices displayed include all applicable fees and taxes.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair for both parents and our partner centres.

 

Please note that the following serves as EduDojo’s general cancellation policy. Some partner centres may have their own specific cancellation or refund terms, so do take a moment to check the class booking page for each centre’s policy before confirming your booking.

3.1. Cancellations by Users (Parents)

​

• More than 48 hours before class:
  You may cancel a class booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Within 48 hours of class:
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund, as the centre would have already made arrangements based on your booking.

• No-shows:
  If you do not attend the class and did not cancel in advance, no refund will be provided. Repeated no-shows may result in limited access to future bookings.
   

3.2. Rescheduling

• EduDojo does not currently offer rescheduling functionality.

• If you wish to reschedule, please reach out to the activity centre directly, at least 48 hours in advance, using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the centre and is not guaranteed.

 

4. Cancellations by Activity Centres

​

• If a class is cancelled by the activity centre (due to unforeseen events, minimum enrolment not met, etc.), EduDojo will ensure that you receive a full refund.

• The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

• You may also be contacted with the option to rebook or transfer to another class date (where applicable).

 

5. Membership & User Accounts

• You may create an EduDojo account to track bookings, manage cancellations, and earn membership perks.

• Members can accumulate points, access exclusive discounts, and view their class history.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

 

6. Safety & Liability

​

• All classes are conducted by independent activity centres. While EduDojo works only with verified partners, we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during classes.

• By booking through EduDojo, you agree to release EduDojo from liability for any issues arising from the class experience.

• For concerns related to the class itself, please contact the provider directly.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform materials are the property of EduDojo Pte. Ltd.. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.

 

8. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted here, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes shall be handled under Singaporean jurisdiction.
