Welcome to EduDojo! Below are answers to common questions to help you better understand how our platform works and how you can make the most of it for your child’s learning journey.

EduDojo is a Singapore-based online platform that connects parents with a wide variety of children’s classes offered by trusted activity centres. From arts and music to coding and sports, EduDojo enables children to explore new interests without the burden of long-term commitments or high upfront costs.
EduDojo serves as an intermediary between you (the parent) and the activity centres. You can browse and book classes for your child through the EduDojo platform. Payment is made directly to EduDojo, and we’ll handle the coordination and payment with the activity centre on your behalf—so you don’t have to worry!
EduDojo is designed to simplify the discovery of children’s activities while keeping things flexible and affordable. We help parents avoid long-term lock-ins and offer a safe way for children to try out different interests before making further commitments.
No. EduDojo does not charge any additional booking or platform fees to parents. You only pay the class fee listed on the platform—nothing more.
If you’re interested in booking classes for your child, simply browse through the variety of options available on our platform. Create an account to easily book and manage your sessions. New classes are added regularly, so check back often for more exciting opportunities.

Yes. One of the core benefits of EduDojo is that you can explore new activities without long-term commitments. Many classes are available on a per-session basis. This allows children to experience a variety of activities before deciding whether to continue.
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the class start time to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the class start time, no refund will be issued.
EduDojo does not currently support direct rescheduling through the platform. If you wish to reschedule, please reach out to the activity centre directly using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the centre and is not guaranteed.
If you fail to attend a class, no refunds will be issued.
If an activity centre cancels a class or is unable to fulfil the booking, EduDojo will ensure a full refund is issued to your original payment method. Please contact hello@edu-dojo.com for support.

Yes. EduDojo works closely with our partner centres to maintain accurate and updated listings. If changes occur after a class is booked, you will be notified via email.
For specific class details or additional requests, we encourage you to contact the centre directly. Activity centre’s contact information can be found directly on the class listing.

Yes. All centres listed on EduDojo are required to hold valid licences and sufficient insurance coverage for their activities. For detailed safety information, please contact the centre directly.
In the rare event that you encounter an issue, EduDojo recommends reaching out directly to the activity centre for resolution. EduDojo will not mediate disputes between parents and centres but encourages all parties to communicate openly and resolve concerns quickly.
